The lawyers of the Partnerschaft are admitted to practice law in Germany. The bar association responsible for admission and supervision is the Hanseatic Bar Association Hamburg, Valentinskamp 88, 20355 Hamburg.
The professional regulations applicable to the lawyers at peak are the Federal Lawyers' Act (BRAO), the Professional Code of Conduct for Lawyers (BORA), the Lawyers' Remuneration Act (RVG), the Specialist Lawyers' Regulations (FAO), the Professional Rules for Lawyers in the European Community, and the Act on the Activities of European Lawyers (EuRAG). peak maintains professional liability insurance with R+V Allgemeine Versicherung AG. The territorial scope of the insurance coverage includes activities in the member states of the European Union and meets at least the requirements of Sections 51 and 51a of the Federal Lawyers' Act (BRAO).

Die für die Rechtsanwält:innen von peak maßgeblichen berufsrechtlichen Regelungen sind die Bundesrechtsanwaltsordnung (BRAO), die Berufsordnung für Rechtsanwälte (BORA), das Rechtsanwaltsvergütungsgesetz (RVG), die Fachanwaltsordnung (FAO), die Berufsregeln der Rechtsanwälte der Europäischen Gemeinschaft, sowie das Gesetz über die Tätigkeit europäischer Rechtsanwälte (EuRAG). peak unterhält bei der R+V Allgemeine Versicherung AG eine Berufshaftpflichtversicherung. Der räumliche Geltungsbereich des Versicherungsschutzes umfasst Tätigkeiten in den Mitgliedsländern der Europäischen Union und genügt mindestens den Anforderungen der §§ 51, 51a Bundesrechtsanwaltsordnung (BRAO).
